    I have an Onkyo tx-sr607 A/V Receiver and the Mirage Nano 5.1 system. My question is; my back speakers are located higher on the rear wall, not to the side of the main listening area, should I connect these speakers to the L & R "surround" binding posts or the L & R "rear"...
